1. Describe your role (choose one):
2. Indicate the grade levels served by the program. Check all that apply.
3. Estimate session times, days, and number of students for the 2016-2017 school year.
4. Write a short concise description of your program's mission and how the program functions (300-500 words).
Richmond's Graduation Academy mission is to sustain and increase the graduation rate at Richmond High School. We can accomplish this by allowing those students who could be more successful in a different environment the opportunity to succeed on their own time, in their own space, with quality instruction and education. RHS' vision of becoming East Central Indiana's highest performing high school by 2020 can and will happen with the use of educational options such as the RGA program. By offering not only options in curriculum, but also options in educational settings, we believe we can attain this lofty goal by 2020. The program offers a fully integrated online learning system with the help of Peason's Grad Point program. There are licensed teachers available in the evening in our lab from 3:45-7:30 p.m. Students are free to work on their classes from the comfort of their own homes while knowing there is help available by phone or in person in our lab. Students are required, however, to attend the lab hours for their mid-terms and finals for each course.

6. Identify your program's measurable goals for SY 2017-2018. Choose at least 2 goals (one of which must be academic) and record the data source, baselin5, and target. On next year's grant, you will report if the goal was met and explain any shortfalls. Record actual outcome for targets set last year.
Use this space to explain why any goals from SY 2016-17 were not reached.
The following are the 2 reasons we did not reach an average of 5 credits per student: 1 - Several students enrolled late in the semester so they did not have a complete semester's worth of work on these classes. 2 - There were students who joined RGA who needed fewer than 5 credits to graduate.
List additional goals using the above format.
8. Indicate what your program does if students attend the alternative education program for a period less than that required for a traditional instructional day by IC 20-10.0-2-1 (5 hours of instructional time for grades 1-6 and 6 hours for grades 7-12). Check all that apply.
9. What is your student/teacher ratio (ex: 8:1)?
* Licensed teacher = 1 * Teacher's aide = .33 Total number of licensed teachers in the alternative education program Of the teachers listed above, the number NOT in the alternative program full time. Number of non-licensed aides working in the alternative program
