Domestic Travel Grant: West European Studies (WEST): Indiana University Bloomington

WEST has funding available to stimulate scholarship and interest in the study of Western Europe among our faculty. Three times each year, WEST will award small grants to support faculty travel to present at an academic conference in the United States.

Conference papers should be furthering research on Western Europe that will result in publication in a peer-reviewed journal or a chapter of a book. These grants will not normally exceed the sum of $500.

Applicants must submit:

1) expected outcomes of the trip;
2) a current curriculum vitae;
3) a budget which will include other sources of funds that may be combined with the WEST grant; and

4) Completed Faculty Award Application

Preference will be given to those whose project most closely supports WEST's mission.
