About Exhibiting at WAC 2010

The WAC 2010 Conference is happy to accept applications from publishers, booksellers, or others who would be interested in setting up a display at the conference.

Benefits:

• Tables will be located in the refreshment and coffee area, ensuring frequent opportunities to meet with visitors. Writing Across the Curriculum Conferences are generally attended by 300 to 400 people.
• The exhibit room will be locked in the evening, so displays will not have to be reassembled each day.
• The table rental fee includes free admission to all sessions and scheduled meals.

	Thursday, May 20	12:00pm - 5:00pm
	Friday, May 21	8:00am - 5:00pm
	Saturday, May 22	8:00am - 12:00pm

Price:

• $395 for one covered eight-foot table
• $75 for each additional table
