Experiential Learning: What makes it Authentic?

During experience-based learning opportunities, students apply textbook theory to professional-like practices in order to gain "hands-on" knowledge and skills. Joanne Klossner (Kinesiology) and George Rehrey facilitate individual reflections, concept mapping, and group discussions as workshop participants develop new ways to incorporate experiential learning into their courses.
