SPEA Scholarships : Competitive scholarships are available to incoming and continuing students. Applications for continuing students are processed once a year; recipients are notified in the spring for the following academic year.
Non-SPEA Funding Opportunities : There are many more funding opportunities available to SPEA students than what is offered by the school. These links will help students explore other award options.
Accelerated Masters Program : A competitive program that allows the student to complete both their undergraduate and master's degrees in five years. Students complete some graduate requirements their senior year of undergraduate studies.
IU in DC : A unique pair of programs, the Washington Leadership Program and Health Policy Leadership Program allow you to live, study, and intern in Washington DC.
Student Ambassadors : This selective group of dedicated students interacts with prospective students and parents while enhancing their professional and networking skills.
AmeriCorps VISTA Summer Associates: A unique partnership with the Corporation for National and Community Service, the only of its kind with an undergraduate program. This program is designed to provide SPEA students with a summer of valuable experiential learning within the context of nonprofit organizations dedicated to food security and educational policy issues. The program includes a living stipend for the summer and the choice between an educational award or cash stipend upon completion.
