Internship Providers

Thank you for agreeing to host an Indiana University intern.  We’re grateful for your investment in our students and hope that they are positive additions to your offices.

In order to monitor our students' progress throughout their internship, we ask that supervisors complete two evaluations - one at the midpoint of the internship and another at the end. These evaluations are our primary means for ensuring that our students performed well in their assigned internships.  We also use these reports to assess student internship performance and assign grades, therefore, it is very important that we receive all evaluations.

You will need your Supervisor ID and password to access these forms and these should have been emailed to you. If you are having difficulty accessing these forms, please email Elizabeth Pear at iuindc@indiana.edu
