Faculty Mentoring Program
The Faculty Mentoring Program, our newest initiative, was developed to complement existing departmental and campus-wide mentoring initiatives at IUB. Faculty Mentors help new untenured faculty members establish themselves within the IUB community, acquaint them with the array of professional development resources on campus, and offer guidance as they begin to formulate long-term career plans. Strategic Hiring Program
The Strategic Hiring Program encompasses tenure and mentoring initiatives and supports retention efforts for faculty of color and senior women at IUB. Since 1986, the Strategic Hiring Program has been instrumental in cultivating a diverse faculty that is balanced in both ethnicity and gender. More »
