Print and complete the following form to request access to IU Bloomington SIS Financial Aid. The financial aid module of the Student Information System (SIS) is used to process scholarships and fellowships for Bloomington students. *

Print and complete the following form to request access to IU Bloomington financial aid data in the IU Information Environment (IUIE). The IUIE is a web reporting environment.

*If you only need access to process fee remissions, please contact Susan Cote in the Office of the Bursar by email at scote@indiana.edu. Fee remissions are not processed through the financial aid system.
