RSS (Really Simple Syndication, Rich Site Summary) is an XML-based format designed for sharing headlines and news.
How to subscribe to RSS Feeds
In order to subscribe to an RSS feed, you will need an RSS reader (a news aggregator).
There is no specific reader we recommend. Please search the web with the search term, rss software or rss reader to locate a free reader.
- Install the feed reader or news aggregator on the computer.
- Provide the web address (url) of the OSFA news RSS feed: http://www.indiana.edu/~sfa/rss/osfa_news.xml to the reader.
- An RSS reader will collect and display news headlines and summaries from http://www.indiana.edu/~sfa/rss/osfa_news.xml.
- The information in the feed will be updated when the feed contains new content.
