Reporting Other Awards
This electronic form is for reporting scholarships, grants, assistantships, fee remissions, veterans' benefits, or other assistance you will receive during the upcoming award period which are NOT listed on your Financial Aid Notification.
If you will be receiving an award from an IU department or school, there is no need to report that award on this form. The award will be added to your financial aid package by your department or school.
The receipt of a private scholarship may result in the reduction or repayment of need-based financial assistance previously awarded to the student by Indiana University. Whenever possible, self-help awards (loans and Federal Work-Study) are reduced before federal or institutional gift-aid.
