IU Campus Consortium Application

IU Bloomington students that plan to temporarily enroll at another IU campus, must submit a consortium application in order to have their financial aid eligibility reviewed for that period of enrollment. Consortium applications will not be considered if you plan on attending a non-IU campus.

Eligible IU campuses include: IUPUI, IUPUC, IU Northwest, IU South Bend, IU Kokomo, IU East, and IU Southeast.

Please complete the on-line submission form at least three weeks prior to the first day of classes. You will be notified via email of the outcome of your application.

Please list the courses that you plan to enroll in at the other IU campus. For each course taken, please include its course number, title, and the number of credit hours. Also, please indicate whether the course is a degree requirement and if it would be offered at IUB during the same term.

  • I am responsible for paying all charges at the non-IUB campus covered by my Consortium Application. I understand that all future IUB aid eligibility will be suspended if these charges remain unpaid.
  • I understand that my enrollment will be monitored during the approved consortium period and that any changes in my enrollment could affect both my future financial aid eligibility and the approval of future consortium requests.
