Summer Language Study (SWSEEL)
Russian and East European Institute
Work on Campus

Opportunities exist for work-study positions on campus. Almost all departments, including REEI, employ students through work-study programs. REEI students have done work-study at REEI, the Inner Asian and Uralic National Resource Center, West European Studies and at IU libraries, as well as other locations. Work-study is a federally supported program, and students must be assessed for eligibility through the Office of Student Financial Assistance (OSFA). For more details and application information contact OSFA.

Employment opportunities beyond work-study also exist on campus. Students need not be eligible for federal work-study. Potential campus employers include Writing Tutorial Services, IU Libraries, the student union, the Indiana Memorial Union hotel, and other departments. IU holds a job fair at the start of each semester and the summer sessions in order to facilitate the hiring of students. For more details and application information contact the Career Development Center / Arts and Sciences Placement Office.
