Undergraduate women who are first-generation college students, meaning that neither parent graduated from a college or university, who demonstrate financial need, and who are enrolled full time, are eligible to apply for the Scholarship. The Scholarships will range between $500 and $1000.

An application form accompanied by one letter of recommendation from an IUB professor or advisor, an official IU transcript (one from One Start will be accepted), and an explanation of financial need are required. The scholarship deadline is January 31, 2011 and applications will be available online and at the Office for Women's Affairs (located in Memorial Hall E123).
