Waste Disposal

Waste Pick-up Schedule

The RSO will be at the buildings listed on the schedule between 9:00 am and 11:00 am on the days indicated on the Waste Schedule. Since waste may be refused if not prepared properly, it may be necessary to review Section M - Radwaste Disposal of the Radiation Safety Procedures Manual before requesting a pick-up.

Waste Pick-up Request

All waste must be ready for pickup before this form is submitted to the Radiation Safety Office (RSO). A request for a waste pick-up must be made by 3:00 p.m. on the day before your pick-up.

You may submit a waste pick-up request electronically via the form below. A Word document version of the request form is also available on the Forms page.

Is your waste ready for pickup, including waste tags on ALL containers, wipe survey results acceptable, and a shipping form completed?

    

* If "No," STOP HERE! Do not proceed with scheduling your pickup until all required items are completed. Any pick up request received with "No" checked will be rejected.
