Elizabeth Klehfoth grew up in Elkhart, Indiana, and attended Chapman University in southern California as a Presidential Scholar. While there, she interned at Beyond Baroque Literary Arts Center in Venice Beach and worked at Caro Marketing’s Simply Stylist LA Fashion Week event. She was an active member of the Honors Community and was the editor-in-chief of their literary journal Sapere Aude. She graduated from Chapman University with a BFA in Creative Writing and one of the short stories from her thesis collection appeared in Foliate Oak’s Best Stories of 2009. Elizabeth is very interested in historical fiction and Joseph Campbell’s work on culture mythology and how it relates to plot.
