1. Please copy full book citation from the Book Notice list into the space below. The Language Book Review office will not process requests which only contain the author/editor and title of the book.

2. We do not normally acknowledge the submission of requests. The page that you see after you submit this form, summarizing for you the information that you have entered, is an indication that the request was successful. When your request is processed and books are shipped to you, you will receive an e-mail message from the Language Book Review office. This can take as long as 3-4 weeks, since we normally process book requests in large batches.
