How do I get printing to work on Windows?
WaveSurfer creates postscript files for print output. You will need external tools to print and view these. If you have a postscript-capable printer you should install PrintFile. If your printer lacks postscript support, you should also install Ghostscript. In order to view postscript files on the screen you can use GSview. They can be downloaded from http://www.cs.wisc.edu/~ghost/. WaveSurfer is set-up to use them in their default installation locations (can be changed in File | Preferences). If you experience problems printing from within WaveSurfer, simply save the postscript image to file in WaveSurfer and print it from Windows.
