Volunteer Jobs and InternshipsThe Kinsey Institute offers volunteer opportunities for interested individuals with relevant experience and skills. We have opportunities in research; assisting curatorial staff with the Kinsey Art Collection; assisting Kinsey Library staff; helping with front-desk reception and daily administration; development and fundraising; data management and computer technology; website design, social media, and graphic design; sex education through Kinsey Confidential blogging and student events; videography, and guiding tours of the Institute. Tell us about your skills and experience, your area of interest in the Institute, and your application will be distributed to the relevant staff person, who will contact you if there are any openings. PLEASE NOTE: Graduate students and advanced undergraduate students may be eligible for internships and practicums at The Kinsey Institute. IU students may be eligible for credit hours.When you fill out the Student Volunteer form, indicate you are interested in an internship or practicuum. Internships are very limited. Current OpeningsOccasionally, Kinsey Institute staff will identify a specific position or area that could use volunteer support. Those positions will be posted below. Please follow the instructions listed to apply. If no positions are currently listed, or if you do not fit the criteria for these positions, we encourage you to submit a general volunteer form or a student volunteer form to help in another area.
