Learning Resources

The IAUNRC has multiple types of resources that may be of use to students of the Central Eurasian region. Our gallery of online media includes podcasts, RFE/RL recordings in Central Eurasian languages, photos, and videos. We have a collection of loanable items which include DVDs from most of our regions, traditional clothing, books in multiple languages, and cultural items. We provide a number of educational materials pertaining to languages and cultures of our region free of charge. Visit our resources page to view these items in detail.

Central Eurasia at IU

The IAUNRC keeps track of courses, faculty, and events related to Central Eurasia at Indiana University, Bloomington. We hope our website will serve as a valuable resource for discovering the multifaceted ways students in Bloomington can experience and learn about Central Eurasia.


The IAUNRC provides Academic Year and Summer FLASes, other funding for summer programs such as SWSEEL, and also has three graduate assistant positions that provide stipends and tuition remission. Visit our funding opportunities page for more details.
