Political Scientist Bakhytnur Otarbayeva returned to Bloomington this January after a fifteen year break. As a scholar well versed in the resources and courses available on the IUB campus, Professor Otarbayeva is excited about her stay this semester at IU and the chance to possibly visit a bit more of the US as well.
