Indiana University Bloomington

Paul Lucas Conference

Each year, the Indiana University History Graduate Student Association hosts a conference allowing local and regional scholars to present their research.

The title of the 2014 conference is Positioning Histories: Consequences of Space and Place on Historical Narratives. The conference will examine how historians demonstrate the relationship between geography, people, and events, which literally “take place.” This year’s conference will be held on April 5th, 2014 on the Bloomington campus of Indiana University.
