Info: Keshet is a social organization for both cultural and religious LGBTQ Jewish and Jewishly-identified students. Queer coffee klastches, movie nights, shabbatons, and bagel brunches are just a few of the ways we get to know each other! We give a voice to Jewish issues and individuals in the LGBTQ community, while at the same time giving a voice to LGBTQ issues and individuals in the Jewish community.

Info: Lambda Law Society is the alliance of students working to promote equal rights and protect against discrimination based on sexual orientation or gender. Our members are straight, gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgendered. Lambda promotes tolerance within the Law School on behalf of the GLBT community. We also work with other student, alumni, and political organizations to advance equal rights. We host legislative leaders, legal scholars, and community activists to foster the gay rights dialogue within the legal community. We like to show our enthusiasm for diversity by promoting fun and exciting events for our members and the student body. In addition, Lambda serves as a support organization for LGBT students, a resource for professional contacts, and a liaison to the Administration on issues of concern to the GLBT community. All students are welcome to join Lambda Law Society.
Lesbian Social Group

Info: We're a group for lesbian/bi/queer identified females looking to socialize. We're mostly graduate students, and professionals over 21. This group gets together about twice a month over dinner or other local activities such as concerts, sporting events, or drag shows. Feel free to email if you have ideas for fun activities.

Info: OUT is the umbrella organization for the GLBT student community. We meet every Thursday at 7:30pm. OUT sponsors coffeehouses, dances, educational programs, group meetings and other special activities, including Hoosier Daddy in the Fall and Miss Gay IU every spring. This is IU's largest GLBT student organization.

Info: The Secular Alliance of IU is a group for anyone in Bloomington who considers themself an atheist, agnostic, freethinker, humanist, skeptic, or non-religious person. SAIU serves many purposes-we are first and foremost a community for non-believers, harboring a welcoming environment where people are free to question everything, including religion. The group encourages activism for church-state separation educating the public and fighting misconceptions about atheism, and serving our community through philanthropy.
We meet weekly on Sundays at 8pm for discussion meetings called Russell's Tea Parties. We generally discuss topics related to secularism, but believers and non-believers, as well as those who are questioning, are all welcome to join us!
Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Equality (SAGE)

Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Equality (SAGE) is a student origination devoted to fighting for equal rights regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. We couple campus education with partnerships on state and national campaigns against discrimination to provide IU students a chance to effect the direction of the ongoing civil rights struggle. Info: The Student Global AIDS Campaign (SGAC) is a US-based network of student and youth organizations committed to the global fight against AIDS. SGAC seeks to mobilize a multi-racial student movement, in partnership with students internationally, to make claims upon governments, corporations, and civil society through education, leadership training, informed advocacy and direct action. SGAC demands sufficient resources, effective prevention, and guaranteed access to AIDS treatment and care as a matter of moral urgency.
