Travel & Accommodations

Andy Hinnant (polish@indiana.edu) will assist you in making your travel arrangements. He will also arrange for transportation from and to the Indianapolis airport for all conference participants. Please send him your detailed flight information once you have your ticket and he will make arrangements for your round-trip ride to Bloomington from the Indianapolis airport. Participants will be assigned to travel either by Classic Touch Limo Service, Bloomington Shuttle, or a Polish Studies Center van. All participants will be notified by e-mail how to find the shuttle bus, a taxi or a van.

Andy will inform you about your accommodation arrangement, which the conference will pay for directly. You will be staying at one of the following hotels:
