Maxwell Hall, to the northwest of Wylie, was built in 1890 as Library Hall; in 1894 it was renamed to Maxwell Hall. The building is decorated with many stone carvings; close-ups of a few are on the next pages. The winter picture of Wylie, in the historical photo section, was probably taken from one of the Maxwell Hall towers. |
