Visiting Scholars & Fellows
POSCO TJ Park Fellowship Program
We are a member of a consortium of five universities that provide year-long sabbaticals to non-governmental organization (NGO) leaders from Korea through the POSCO TJ Park Foundation NGO Fellowship Program.
The consortium is comprised of the following universities:
- Columbia University
- George Washington University
- Indiana University
- Stanford University
- University of British Columbia
This fellowship program has been established with the generous support of the POSCO TJ Park Foundation to provide an opportunity for key personnel of Korean NGOs to spend time at leading North American universities gaining knowledge and experience that will further the development of NGOs in Korea.
Each member of the consortium hosts two fellows each year for a five-year period, from August 2006 to August 2011. Professor Michael Robinson directs this program at Indiana University with administrative support from the East Asian Studies Center.
