Location, Directions, and Parking
The East Asian Studies Center is located in the Global and International Studies Building,355 North Jordan Avenue, Bloomington, IN, 47405. This building is located just east of the Wells Library. Parking is limited at the GISB. All visitors are encouraged to park in the Jordan Street Parking Garage, which is two blocks east and across Jordan Avenue.
To reach the Jordan garage, take Jordan Avenue past the Wells Library and the Global and International Studies Building. Follow Jordan east and around the circle. The parking garage will be on the left hand side. If you have an “A” parking sticker or guest/visitor tag, you will not have to pay when you exit. Otherwise, you will have to pay a fee. (Parking in the Jordan garage is free from 6 p.m. Friday until 7 a.m. Monday.) Information on visitors’ parking can be found at IU Parking Operations.
