2013 scholars spend orientation weekend at Bradford Woods

Forty-nine students arrived at IU's Bradford Woods on May 31, 2013, to begin their orientation program for their summer internships. Twenty-five students comprised the IU-HBCU STEM Summer Scholars Institute, twenty-one were part of the School of Informatics SROC program, and three were part of the IUPUI Bridges-to-the-Doctorate program. The students, all from HBCUs across the country, will be on the IUPUI and Bloomington campuses conducting full-time bench research in faculty labs through July 26, 2013.
