$1 million to fund graduate diversity initiative

Indiana University has allocated $1 million to the Office of Vice President for Diversity, Equity, and Multicultural Affairs in order to fund the graduate student diversity initiative. The initiative aims to encourage timely doctoral degree completion.
James Wimbush, DEMA Vice President and Dean of University Graduate School, explained the breakdown of funds for the initiative to the IU Board of Trustees at their October meeting.
