Call for IU Distinguished Latino Alumni nominations

Now is the time to nominate individuals for our highest recognition!

The Distinguished Latino Alumni Award, presented annually in recognition of outstanding achievement, is the most coveted honor bestowed by the Latino Alumni Association. The award provides recognition of outstanding achievement by Latino alumni of Indiana University.

Eligibility and Selection:

The criteria of eligibility for the Distinguished Latino Alumni Award are as follows. Nominees must:

  • be living alumni of any school or campus of Indiana University;
  • must demonstrate outstanding service in their chosen fields of endeavor; and/or
  • must have made significant contributions benefiting their community, state, nation, or Indiana University.

The selection committee is appointed by the president of the Latino Alumni Association. Members of the committee remain anonymous.

Do you know someone who would be a worthy honoree? Take the time to submit a nomination form. Nominations must be received by June 30, 2014, to be considered for current year.
