DEMA mourns the loss of Peter Duong
[09-2009]

The DEMA family is deeply saddened by the passing of sophomore Peter Duong of Terre Haute, Indiana. Peter was a Hudson & Holland Scholar majoring in Biochemistry and French, an avid dancer, and a gifted musician. "Words cannot express the profound sadness and heartbreak we feel. Peter was an amazing young man with a zest for life, knowledge, and desire to leave this world a better place than he found it. We shall never forget him and will ensure he always has a place in this program and in our hearts," said Virginia LeBlanc, interim director of the Hudson & Holland Scholars Program.
