Graduate Program
Doctoral Degree: Minor
- Students from other departments or schools who want to minor in criminal justice should consult with the Director of Graduate Affairs. At least 12 credit hours in criminal justice graduate courses are required.
- Students intending a Criminal Justice minor must complete two of the four graduate proseminars: P501, P502, P610, or P670, six (6) credit hours.
- The remaining six (6) hours are elective credit in the department.
- Students fulfilling the Ph.D. minor requirement are expected to maintain a 3.0 grade point average.
- A Declaration of Minor Form must be submitted to the Director of Graduate Affairs. It is the student’s responsibility to assure that all required courses have been completed and recorded.
