IU Telephone, Photocopier, Printer Usage
- IU incurs fees for long distance calls and SUVON service. Personal use of IU long distance and SUVON services are prohibited by campus policy and considered theft. Use of a CEUS long distance access number is restricted to CEUS business. Use a personal or prepaid calling card for any personal long distance calls and facsimiles.
- IU also prohibits personal use of photocopiers and printers, including equipment purchased with IU faculty research funds that use IU paper and ink.
- The College gave the department a networked printer and replaces computers every three years so there is no more equipment line in the department budget. Faculty should use faculty research funds if they want a printer in their office.
