If facility repairs or maintenance are planned for 2009-2010, they should be budgeted. Funds to cover these costs should be reallocated within your 2009-2010 available resources. Please use object code 4700, Buildings & Attached Fixtures, to budget for these expenses. It is recommended that a 90-account be established for renovation/remodeling projects estimated at $50,000 or more.
