  • For 2008-2009, I am Interim Director of Graduate Studies for the Department of Anthropology.
  • Most recently I attended the festival in Nagoya, Japan, at the Atsuta Shrine, one of the major centers of worship in Japan.
  • I will have a publication coming out in early 2009 in the journal, Research in African Literature:  “Narrating Conflict in Asante: A Woman, Legal Procedure, and Traditional Religion.”
