Indiana University Recreational Sports

IU Badminton Club is a member of the Indiana University Club Sports Federation, a division of IU Recreational Sports. IU Recreational Sports provides sport and fitness services for IU students, faculty, staff and the public. It is recognized as one of the leading campus recreational sports programs in the country. The Club Sports program provides a variety of opportunities for students, faculty and staff, to learn a new sport, make friends, keep fit, and compete against other university clubs or varsity teams.

 

USA Badminton Association

IU Badminton Club is a club member of the USA Badminton Association, the recognized national governing body for the sport of badminton in the United States, oversees all U.S. badminton competition and prepares the best players in America for the Olympic Games. IU Badminton Club members can attend the tournaments sanctioned by USAB without individual USAB member fee for tournament, which is $25.

 

Midwest Badminton Association

IU Badminton Club is a club member of the Midwest Badminton Association, the Region 2 of USA Badminton and includes the following states: Indiana, Illinois, Iowa, Kentucky, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Minnesota, Nebraska, Ohio, North Dakota, South Dakota, West Virginia, Wisconsin. As an IU Badminton Club member, you can attend tournaments held by MBA without individual membership fee, which is $30.
