The company's repertoire consists of original choreography based on a fusion of modern, jazz, African American, Latin American and African Diaspora dance styles.

The ensemble has worked with such renowned artists as Francis Nii-Yartey, Artistic Director of the University of Ghana, West Africa; April Berry, former principal dancer with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theatre; Elana Anderson from Deeply Rooted Productions; and Reynaldo Gonzalez from Matanzas, Cubs. The Dance Company has been met with great enthusiastic acclaim, hailed by the Indiana Daily Student as "the best kept secret in Bloomington, Indiana."
