Present: Rob Shakespeare (chair), Judith Anderson, Bob Becker, Tom Busey, Sandra Dolby, Roger Levesque, and Al Ruesink (recorder). The meeting convened at 2:00.

Minutes of the November 4th meeting were approved unanimously after amendment.

We considered our procedures for amending the thirty-one CPC policy documents that we have been evaluating and decided that we would work on each as a committee, then send a draft version to Dean Swamy, then reconsider, then send a draft version out to faculty with our minutes, then reconsider, and lastly approve a final statement. We worked on a couple of the policy documents.

Dean Swamy joined our meeting at 3:00. We continued our discussion with him on some topics from previous meetings. In addition, we sought his guidance on interpreting details of some of the CPC Policy Statements we are evaluating.

Swamy left the meeting at 3:25.

We worked on the wording of an advisory statement to Swamy.

The meeting adjourned at 3:48.
