Present: Rob Shakespeare (chair), Judith Anderson, Bob Becker, Tom Busey, Sandra Dolby, and Al Ruesink (recorder).

The meeting convened at 2:00.

Minutes of the meeting of Oct. 21st were adopted unanimously without amendment.

Rob reported on some additional information he has procured regarding a faculty FTE transfer that we are considering.

The committee returned to its work of evaluating the 31 Policy Committee documents generated since 1990. (See www.indiana.edu/~college/faculty/policy/policies.shtml) General agreement was reached on modifications to several and deletion of others. We wish to discuss some issues with Swamy and others before taking final action.

The meeting adjourned at 3:30.
